FEE RULES:

It is the responsibility of the parents to deposit the fees and other charges to the school on time.

School fee should be deposited at the School fee Counter only in four installments as per the 4 quarter months i.e. April, July, October & January Parents may deposit the full fees for the full year in single installments by 15th AprIl if they wish to avoid further visits.

Fees must be deposited by the 10th of AprIl, July, Oct. Jan.

If the due date happens to be bank holiday, the fees shall be payable on the next working day without fine.

If the fees is not deposited by the due date then the fine will be imposed.

If payment is made through Cheque, it should be deposited up to7th of the paying month so that it is cleared by the due date.

If the fees is not paid then school will follow the following Late fee schedule:
- 11th to 25th of Apr, July, Oct ,January- Rs 50/- fine
- 25th to last working day of April, July, Oct, Jan. Rs 100/- fine
- 01st to 10th May, Aug, Nov, and Feb Rs 150/-fine
- After 10th May, Aug. Nov. Feb Rs 200/- fine
- Re Admission Fee Rs 2000/-

In case of a Cheque being dishonored by the bank due to any reason a penalty of Rs500 will be levied.

In case the fees and other charges due to the school are not paid till the last working day of the month then the name of the student will be struck off the school records and the child will be readmitted on payment of all school dues including the readmission fee at the sole discretion of the Principal & the Management.

Please write the child's name Admission No, Class and Section mobile no. at the back of the Cheque.
a) Students will not be allowed to sitfor the examination unless all dues have been cleared prior to its commencement.
b). The school does not take responsibility of sending reminders to parents to pay school fees via any means.

Refund of security deposit should be applied for by the parent! guardian at the time of the students leaving the school in the prescribed form along with the PRE- RECEIPT duly signed by the Parent / Guardian in acknowledgement of the receipt of refund.

If revision of fee is found necessary, it will be carried out at any time during the academic year.

In case of New Admission all dues have to be paid at the time of Admission.

Fee once paid is Non Refundable, except theSecurity Deposit to be released at the time of Withdrawal.

The Parents will beliable to pay the difference / excess amount in case of the revision of Fees.
